If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice to avoid any inconvenience. If you miss an appointment without an acceptable reason, it will be marked as such. Two missed appointments will result in the refusal of service. Please note that we are self-employed and have families and bills to provide for.
We take pride in our strict confidentiality policy, and all conversations held during your visit will be kept private.
Finally, we do not offer refunds for any service provided. However, if you are unhappy with the service, we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation before you leave our shop.
